Working Principles

In the horizontal twin U-shaped container, there are two opposite rotation axes. And certain numbers of paddle stirrers are set up on each axe at a certain angle. When mixing, the horizontal axes make the material move up and down. Rotation in the opposite direction of the double axes makes materials exchange from left to right. Paddle stirrers push material at angle 45 to move circularly in the cylinder, and the materials can reach a good mixing effect under the movement of staggering agitating blades.

Double Paddle Feed Mixer Introduction
Feed paddle mixer is a horizontal mixing device widely used for mixing grain powder in feed pellets production line.
