Product Description
The hammer blades are mainly made of low carbon steel, medium carbon steel and special cast iron.
Heat treatment and surface hardening (including surface carburizing and quenching and quenching and surface hard facing of tungsten carbide, etc.) can improve the wear resistance and service life of hammers.
The working edge shall be coated with welding, hard facing tungsten carbide or welded with a special wear – resistant alloy to extend the service life.

Raw material: 65Mn(tungsten carbide welded), HSS(high speed steel), SS(304, 316).
