Position information

Job Responsibilities:

1. Investigate, analyze and evaluate the target market, determine the needs and procurement opportunities, grasp the market situation of relevant materials, and conduct cost analysis of key raw materials, etc.;

2. Responsible for signing purchase contracts with suppliers and urging them to be fulfilled on schedule, placing orders, tracking progress and delivery. Daily procurement work, according to the project requirements to make procurement plans to ensure the smooth progress of the project, and regular procurement reports, procurement analysis, etc.;

3. Assisted the department manager to supervise the special work, and coordinated the work among different departments of the company;

4. Responsible for material inquiry and negotiation and material safety inventory analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics or supply chain management;

2. More than 3 years related working experience is preferred;

3. Cet-4 or above.

岗位职责:

1. 调查、分析和评估目标市场,确定需要和采购时机,掌握相关物料市场行情,并对关键原材料进行成本分析等;

2. 负责与供应商签订采购合同并督促合同的如期履行,下达订单,跟踪进度及交货情况。日常采购工作,根据项目需求制定采购计划,保证项目顺利进行,以及定期的采购报表、采购分析等;

3. 协助部门经理督促各专项工作,同时协调公司各部门间工作;

4. 负责材料询价和议价以及材料安全库存方面的分析。

任职资格:

1. 本科及以上学历,物流及供应链管理相关专业;

2. 3年以上相关工作经验优先;

3. 英语四级以上。
