In the golden month of September, adhering to the theme of “Deepening Total Quality Management (TQM) to Promote Win-Win Outcomes for Quality and Efficiency,” Shanghai Zhengyi actively responded to the Group’s call of “Digitally & Intelligently Driven, Consolidate Fundamentals & Strengthen Chains, Innovate Quality Ecosystem” and successfully organized the series of activities for the “2025 Quality Month.” Over the past two months, through diverse and substantive special arrangements, the company has sparked an upsurge in enhancing quality awareness and refining professional capabilities among all employees, effectively driving the innovative upgrading of the quality ecosystem.
During the campaign, the company comprehensively popularized quality concepts by displaying promotional banners, holding a Quality Month launch meeting, conducting company-wide quality awareness training, and leveraging multiple channels such as morning meetings, regular meetings, and the official WeChat account. At the “2025 Quality Month Mobilization Meeting” held in the first week of September, Li Dong, Executive Deputy General Manager of the company, emphasized that “quality is the lifeline of enterprise development,” laying a solid ideological foundation for the subsequent series of activities.
The Quality Month featured a variety of specialized training programs, as well as multiple practical-oriented skill competitions and knowledge contests, realizing the goal of “promoting learning through competitions and applying learning to practice.”
• Quality Control Team Measurement Skill Competition: Focusing on the inner and outer diameter measurement of the SDPM660T-type measuring ring, Song Jianguo claimed the top prize with exceptional speed and precision;• Turning & Machining Team Self-Inspection Skill Competition: Targeting the inner and outer diameter self-inspection skills for the CPM7726SW model, Liu Wei stood out in the high-precision self-inspection segment with his skilled craftsmanship;• Gun Drilling Team Drill Bit Grinding Skill Competition: Chen Lijun demonstrated excellent professional competence in the equipment calibration and practical operation segments;• Company-wide Quality Knowledge Contest: Co-organized by the Quality Control Department, Human Resources Department, and Production Department, it consolidated employees’ theoretical foundation;
Based on plan implementation progress, quality implementation results, and competition performance, the company commended outstanding departments and individuals, established advanced models, and stimulated the motivation for continuous improvement among all employees.
